We are honored to have you choose our Team to serve your dental needs. We will work to solve your dental problems without surprises. Information prevents surprises, so let us share some information about us.
The first people you will meet are Traci and Lisa, our business assistants. They will make your appointments, help you with your insurance claims, and maintain all of your dental records. Their voices are the first you will hear when you call and they can answer any questions about your dental care.
Rebuilding and maintaining healthy smiles is what our Team is all about. Your first visit with our Team begins with you. We will listen to your dental story and assess your dental needs. Then you and Dr. Bob will create a plan to solve your problems. Our goal is to use our dental skills to provide you with the healthy, radiant smile that you want.
Our treatment assistants work chairside with Dr. Bob. Jane and Jenny bring a wealth of dental experience to our office. Complementing their calm, quiet competence is their genuine friendliness and ability to answer your questions about treatment and procedures.
Our dental hygienists will assist you in maintaining the health of your gum tissue. Cindy and Carie will clean your teeth, but more importantly they will offer information that will help you keep your teeth and gum tissue healthy. Recent research has linked heart disease, diabetes, and low birth weight to gum disease. Our team is concerned about more than just your teeth; we are concerned about you. If it has been awhile since you have seen a dentist, you may be surprised at the gentleness and ease with which they will remove the debris from your teeth.
Scheduling Information

- Monday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Tuesday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Wednesday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Thursday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
We schedule patients on an appointment basis. To serve your dental needs during the noon hour our Team takes lunch break from 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
We will do our best to stay on schedule – please extend to fellow patients and us the same courtesy. To allow us to make time available to other patients, please give our Team at least 48 hours notification if you will be unable to keep a scheduled appointment.
Your First Visit
Your first visit will introduce you to our Team and gather information about your dental condition. Your first visit will include:
- Reviewing your medical and dental histories
- Examining you for jaw and bite problems, gum disease and cavities, taking necessary x-rays, and screening for oral cancer.
After Dr. Bob has analyzed all the information we gather, you will meet with him to discuss the results. You and Dr. Bob will discuss any disease present, examine your options, formulate a plan, and then treatment can begin.
